basement text bug

    Title: basement text bug
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: When I go to the basement interface in my lord benefactor house the text "Enter Basement" is messed up, the T isn't on the same line.
    Steps to Reproduce: open basement interface as owner
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 8122
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 1969
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.401.Date.04.04.16
    Area: ForestVillage02
    Loc: (-126.4, 27.8, -18.6)
