Batching Materials - Tanning, will not increase above 39

    I have >7.5M production pooled exp. I have GM'd a few crafting skills tonight, and brought a few from 1 to 70, I am using a potion of guidance. I can not get Batching Materials - Tanning to gain any skill above 39. I've tried restarting the tanning session, I've logged out and shut down SotA then restarted and retried. nothing seems to allow me to advance this skill anymore, yet I can continue to increase other crafting skills.

    What are you trying to batch make in tanning?

    only batching refined materials can increase batch skill
