Title: Battle of Solace Bridge / The Fire Arrow Glyph is shown as The Searing Ray Glyph in the hotbar
Reproduction Rate: roughly around 10%, it has happened to me after starting a new character for 3 (three) times
Blocker? no
Details:
The icon of the Fire Arrow Glyph is getting replaced with the icon of the Searing Ray Glyph in the hotbar after you unsheath your sword and attack the undead at the Solace Bridge.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start a new game with Female Avatar in Offline mode.
2) Choose Truth as your starter path.
3) Go through the gate in Battle of Solace Bridge.
3) Pick up the sword and the bow from the rack.
4) Equip the sword if the sword is not equipped.
5) Unsheath your sword.
6) Attack the undead.
