Bentley of Soltown does not respond to 'ledger'

    Title: Bentley does not respond to 'ledger' anymore.

    Details: Although I vaguely remember, but Bentley use to speak to you about his ledger. Now he does nothing when you mention it to him. He doesn't even give a generic response. Not even when you have the ledger in your possession. I do believe one option was Bentley offering you gold to keep your mouth shut. NOTE: I already completed the quest to find his key before attempting to confront him about the ledger.
    Steps to Reproduce: Ask Bentley about the 'ledger.'
