    If I bind to a town, can I eventually change that and bind somewhere else later on?

    Yes, you can bind to any player lot (that doesn't have you banned) or at any town crier of any POT or NPC town.

    You can change it as many times as you like.

    UK or in-game crossroads
    you can bind to a town crier or a property you have access to and change them when you like but you can only bind to one place at a time
