Blades and Tactics Question for the Experts

    Folks, I am at a crossroads and seek the opinion of experts like @Sara Dreygon and others. So I have blades spec at 80 and tactics at 78, 80 by tomorrow. I wonder if taking both specs to 100 instead of leaving them at 80 would really be worth the time and xp bonus wise or if putting more into blades and thrust as I am leaning to do. My bread and butter is still body slam, sneak attack and thrust/offhand attack. Bladed combat at 124 and thrust at 127 going to 128 and beyond.

    What would you do and why if at this juncture. Your constructive comments would be appreciated. R/Boris/El Pirata.

    80 will be good enough, its 24 mil to level it to 100 from 1. They work very well together.

    Like you, I have swords as my primary attack - and I have a question for you.
    What (if any) magic do you use regularly in conjunction with your swords ?

    I'd leave them at 80 for a while... bonuses don't scale very well given the XP cost.

    same question here xD, i use shield and sword and heavy armor set, almost all magic have a high fail chance =/

    @FrostII have utility spells mainly from water (Douse, Soothing rain), death (Death Shield, Tap Soul) and Sun (Ellisian Illumination). Also many buffs from earth etc. Only use the ones I need though forced like most of us to attune to the others. Just about done getting the 80 attunement from all magic trees except life which I don't use or Chaos which I left for last. Thanks to all of you for the advice. R/Boris/El Pirata

    @miroko ; I use chainmail instead of plate and the fizzle on spells is not too bad. Death Shield, Douse, Ellysian Illumination and Soothing rain work well together in my case. R/Boris
