Blessing of Maintenance doesn't overwrite

    Details: I had 30 minutes remaining on the blessing of maintenance buff. I completed the puzzle and tried to refresh the it, but it wouldn't overwrite the current buff. I manually removed the buff and it still wouldn't refresh. I had to re-complete the puzzle before it would refresh. Interestingly, it refreshes on my water elemental.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to gain new buff with buff already applied.
