    It appears since release 52.

Please remove it or maybe there is a way to disable it.

It was intentionally changed. Actually, the ores have been blinking for like a year now, this just changed highlight the color. I would be happy if the color got changed back. The green highlight also looks bad when it's a carcass that needs to be skinned.

    Toggles.

Damn near anything that doesn't imbalance gameplay should be toggled.

I find the "new" green highlight, if you can even call it that, to be visually unappealing for anything that isn't garlic or cotton. Plus it is almost unnoticeable even with a decent surveying level in a lot of cases. For ore, I loved the pulsing glow of the vein. I didn't mind the "sparkle" of the other items but it was glitchy and also too difficult to see a lot of the time. I don't understand how we keep going backwards on graphics and functionality :(

I liked it in the foraging stuff, didnt mind it in skinning, but the white glow on ores was actually really cool, why change it to green? But I think you can reduce the intensity of these glow on video settings, on a slide bar below saturation and brightness

I preferred the white glow on ore. Not sure why green was chosen, except maybe they intentionally wanted to make things harder to see in night vision.

Green glowing just makes things appear like they are toxic.

And now that I've had a few days with it, nightshade is almost impossible to see with the green highlight around the berries. It's usually found in grass which is... green! Mandrakes are also hard to see in the skeleton plains road encounter in all that grass under the ruin.

On the other hand, garlic is a lot better, but mostly because they fixed a lot of garlic that was barely sticking out of the ground and pulled it up so you can see the bulb.

I bet its green so that its harder to see when you cast night vision - people think night vision is OP
