+ "Blistering Ray Damage" potentially misnamed or broken passive?

Wearing a necklace with "+12.5% Blistering Ray Damage", assumed it was a misspelling and meant Searing Ray, the sun damage spell - unfortunately that's not the case. I can't find any skill or spell affected by this passive.

It's on a +4 Necklace of Atenism, which also has the bonuses of +1 Sun Attunement and -15 Durability Bonus. It's currently in possession of my character, "The Balance".

Sun weapon enchant proc = blistering ray

 

i'm sorry, but what is it, blistering ray?
i got necklace with this bonus too, but don't understant how it works)

 

You enchant your weapon socketed with a sun gem and can get Blistering Ray as a proc. The jewelry then increases the damage of the proc.

Does not affect Searing Ray, so working as intended.

 

Blistering Ray is an enchantment that you can get as a choice from enchanting an equipable item if it has an Atenism gem/jewel already on the item.

 

for example, i have the wand with "Obsidian arrow streangth power: +17% Obsidian arrow streangth bonus" and i have the skill "obsidian arrow" in earth magic, and this wand makes my skill "obsidian arrow" more powerfull.
and i have the necklace with "blistering ray power: +15% blistering ray damage", but i don't see a skill "blistering ray" anywhere -)
what does this skill make? and where is this skill "blistering ray"? -)
