    Title:Block % cap not working properly
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: Shield blocks 100% of damage from spells and around 90% of physical damages against players despite the cap being 75%
    Steps to Reproduce: Use deflect before being hit by arrows/rays spells or ranged/melee physical attacks
