[Blocker] POT merchants no longer selling items, go to chat only

    Title: POT merchants no longer selling items, go to chat only
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?Yes
    Details: POT merchants at the /loc and others in the same POT no longer offer items. 'E' or double click just gets a chat entry, no UI for trading.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to talk to them, they are on strike!
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5675R CPU @ 3.10GHz (4) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro Graphics 6200 GPU RAM: 1536
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.497.Date.10.27.16
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Rift's End
    Area Display Name: Rift's End
    Loc: (205.5, 89.0, -69.8)

    Confirmed by self and another in two other POTs - it is not specific to Rift's End

    @Widsith [MGT] - Thank you for reporting. This is a known issue and should be fixed in Patch 499.
