Blood Bay Blacksmith does not sell repair kits

    Details: The blacksmith (on both sides) does not sell repair kits. He sells mostly recipes, which are kind of useless in a PVP area. He should sell weapons, armor, and repair kits.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the blacksmith at the location.

    Entered! Thanks for submitting. Yeah, you would kind of think these merchants would adjust their stock to their clientele. But eventually folks will also be living in Blood Bay, so perhaps he should sell what any PRT smith would sell. :)

    @Raven Swiftbow, yes or add the "Combat Merchant" to each town. That NPC has what you would think would make more sense for the town.
