Blood Bay - quick sand has no debuff

    Title: Blood Bay - quick sand has no debuff
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: when run through quicksand, it has no effect (isn't it supposed to slow movement rate?).

    Note: I also think the debuff in this area is not working either (Loc: 115.175, 91.262, -373.331) - I cant recall what the debuff was supposed to happen in this area, but i don't see any debuff occurring.
