Blood River Outskirts: New NPC Child in Cage, Nobody Killed gives Key

    Title: Blood River Outskirts: New NPC Child in Cage, Nobody Killed gives Key
    Reproduction Rate: 3/3 rounds of vigilante killing
    Blocker? Maybe
    Details: Within the last few day a child showed up in the cage at the location, I do not have the key
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go To the location below,
    2) Kill every vigilante within a significant radius, Camp, woods, Tower..., kill naturamans.
    3) Search all searchable sacks within a significant radius.
    4) I'll try talking to the 4 Vigilante npcs that talk to that I can't kill...again.

    No Talking to the NPCs can get info about the child.
    Child Disappeared next reload.

    Speaking of Reloads, Can some of the memory leaks get fixed...
    I've got 32 G of RAM and suddenly the system slows to a crawl because its all full... in just a few hours.
