Title:Remaining Quest tasks and new entrys from solved quests

Details:
After logging in in R 49 I got the quest task: "Sacks for Phineas"
Also after visiting Blood River Outskirts: "Return to Alberic Stage 1"
--> Journal reads:
I found a note titled, "Vigilante Plans Stage I," on the corpse of a defeated vigilante. This may be a piece of evidence that Alberic requested that I find. I should take it back to him and see.
This quest was done before R 49 and I can't restart it to give it to Alberic again!

Also Remaining since 10/30/2017
Refugee Aid
Alberic, the elven camp leader, asked me to seek out and aid those in need among the refugees.

I got the quests for both stages of the plans and the get the poison again, and talked to the people, can't get rid of the quests. I deleted the items, logged off and back on to see if the quests would go away, they didn't.
May have something to do with the "You found a letter to Sada" bug.

same. "Return to Albrtic Stage1 and 2" are still in my Journal.
Quests itself was done. and they were removed Journal at ones.

same here. Cannot turn in second note because I have completed the quest

 

I fixed this for R50. Go to Alberic and click on 'help'. He'll give his usual response, but the two offending tasks will be removed. The notes in your inventory will not, though, but they can be destroyed.
