    Title: Blood River Outskirts Stuck Water Pool (/stuck doesn't work)

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) Yes

    Details: Went swimming, but there is no way out. Tried /stuck but it says “Interrupted”

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Go to Area: Blood River Outskirts (Novia_R7_Forest02_01) Loc: (422.8, 70.6, 137.2)

    b. Use /stuck

    c. Observe the “Interrupted” message

    d. Observe: No way out as well.

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 513.
