Blood river start - very clearly says.. go to soltown

    The quest text clearly says "abandon all hope on this quest.. go to soltown" which would be great, id love to

    well I visited all 3 bridges.. no boats under them, the 1 boat remnant is very much half sunk and dead.

    So.. how to get to soltown? (for noobs, yes, I know how to run there)
