    Title: Refugee Aid refuse to complete

    Reproduction Rate: Happened once

    Blocker? No

    Details: The quest refuse to complete. I have helped the leader in camp until everything is done (handed over warrant to leader). Found and delivered the wedding band, delivered countless wine bottles and heirlooms. Talked to every refugee in camp, including merchants, guards etc. No one have any more quests to give, but the "Refugee Aid" entry in the journal refuse to go away.
    Steps to Reproduce: Not sure if this is a fluke, but just go to Bloodriver Outskirts and do the quests and see if it happens to you as well.
