Bonesteel Crown with +0 Intelligence

    Hello all,

    So I've been looking through the forum and asking people around and everyone has a kickass Bonesteel Crown that gives them +10 Intelligence. I have never used mine yet but I think it has a problem, there's + 10 intelligence to it... Did I break it by not wearing it right away? Here's a screenshot:

    Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I mean there's a special type of reagent that came with it but these reagents came with the Heart of Sorrow and Grannus' Mace but I never had to do anything to the latter items and yet I have full bonuses with them (+10 dex with the Heart of Sorrow and + 10 Strenght with the mace).

    @Sid, there are several pieces of quest gear that have stats that vary based on the wearer's virtue. low intelligence indicates a low truth score.
