Bonuses for back items

    There was some talk about allowing bonuses for back items (like cloaks). Items like cloaks were to get stealth bonuses, containers were to get carrying bonuses, etc. I feel that wings should give a safe fall bonus and quivers should give an attack speed boost for ranged.

    Spider cloak speed bonus and maybe a web stun effect would be cool? Or a poison bonus?
