Books and Pages written on Sticking to mouse pointer

Details: I thought this was a single occurrence but After selling a page that was written on and trying to sell a player made book the item was stuck on my mouse pointer. I could not drop it back into my inventory ( it had been sold I think) and I could not get it off of my mouse pointer. These instances were in my POT so all property markers were outlined in green as if I were trying to decorate with an item I held on my mouse pointer. I had to zone out of my POT and back in to get rid of the item. I still am not sure if the item actually sold or not
Steps to Reproduce: Take a blank parchment and write something on it and publish it. then got to a vendor in a POT and sell it and if it works the same way after the sale window closes the parchment will still be on the mouse pointer.
