Both Death Shield and Blink have 100% fizzle rate.

    Title: Both Death Shield and Blink have 100% fizzle rate
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I am in Ravensmoor and am unable to cast Blink or Death Shield do to the fizzle rate. Yesterday the rate was 51.-- % which was hard to cast but today it is 100%

    chris knows, he fixed it last night for a patch this morning. it only applies to armor that has a pattern on it.
