    Title: Bound 1st time to Soltown, no gold, opened "Mail Delivery" dialog

    Details:Just bound a new character to Soltown town crier (this character) for the first time. Instead of giving me 200 gold, it opened the "Deliver mail to Soltown" dialog. I haven't got any mail yet, just came from the Outskirts.
    Steps to Reproduce: With new character bind to Soltown.
