Bounty Hunter for Courage Gloves missing

    I have spent today trying to get the Bounty Hunter to spawn. It seems its weighted towards cloth gloves of truth, but got the monk to spawn a few times. In roughly 30odd clears of the desert encounter, I have yet to see the Bounty Hunter. I recall seeing a streamer get one to spawn in the corpion encounter, but have yet to see that this release. RNG may be RNG, but if after 30odd attempts, I can't get it, that seems possibly bugged.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Clear animal encounter repeatedly, try and get bounty hunter/courage gloves quest giver to spawn.
