Braemar Beggar: Conversation and Coin Mechanics

    Problem: There is no menu for giving the beggar a coin even after conversationally prompting it. The beggar cannot be asked for a name either.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Greet beggar
    2. Say "coin", "give coin", "spare a coin", "spare coin", and the only thing that happens is that the beggar continues to ask for a coin.
    3. Say "What is your name".
