Brewing Suggestion

I'm loving that brewing is finally in game and appreciate that there's a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to make.

My only gripe is that you have to pick up the cask and put it on the cooking station. Since the cask is a deco it will get tedious to do that every time you want to brew. Placing casks back where you want them will be a chore. It would be far easier if we could just add the alcohol ingredients to the cask for the fermentation process.

 

Right cause before you use the cooking station it still functions like a container. So on close just check to see if it has the right ingredients and there you go right?

 

That's the way it should work.. absolutely.

 

I wish there were higher level requirements for at least some of the brewing crafted components. We really need to give people reasons to level their cooking and carpentry to higher levels (to incentivize specilization). I think brewing was a good opportunity to do this. Some things (like a 25 year whiskey) should also require high mastery level.

25y whiskey does require a mastery though... patience! My jaw hit the keyboard when i crafted my 25y's this morning and looked at the tooltip

 

LOL Well it is 25 YEAR whiskey.. apparently they really meant it.

 

One game year is 14 days, so that's 350 days total.
