Brittany Estates light always turned off

    Title: Brittany Estates light turned off by default

    Details: This is extremely minor, but I figure somebody needs to be aware. The Shield shop in Brittany Estates has two Diagonal Muntin wall lights flanking the door. The one on the left appears to be set to 'off' by default. All other lights on NPC building and in NPC towns are on by default. The light can still be turned on manually by the player.
