Details: I long ago completed this quest, and chose not to poison the food - I've received the banner of Truth.

Did you try speaking with Alberic or Phineas? There are checks to clear compass markers in the conversations.

 

As you can see in the Release 52 bugs, this is a common problem and not just with one quest:
[Info needed] Compass Quest Indicators not Updating

I've spoken to all those often, the quests do not clear from the indicators, but they clear from the quest log (!).
Seems you forgot to track that one ;-).
