broken quest line wit Horatio

    Title: broken quest line wit Horatio
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? yes no clue of how to proceed if I was a new player
    Details: when seeking to Horatio to hand in first quest of highvale outskirts another player was talking to Horatio at the same time and this broke the conversation and I cannot get any further instructions from Horatio to go up to the castle to continue. this would cause confusion to a new player
