    Title: Bronze/Meteoric Iron/Constantan/White Iron Rings are discoverable. Necklaces are not?

    Details: The Bronze/Meteoric Iron/Constantan/White Iron Rings are discoverable. But the Necklace recipes are not. I wasn't sure if this IS intended, or not. Was assuming both the tier 2 rings and necklaces would be not-teachable.
    Steps to Reproduce: Discover Tier 2 rings recipe on blacksmith table. Unable to discover the necklace ones.

    I can't discover the recipes with the 5 ingots + 2 coal + ring mold combo

    What level is your Blacksmithing? The rings are level 50 and the tier 2 ones are 60.

    My blacksmithing is at 100.

    I'm pretty sure they fixed it with one of the patches on release day.
