Buffs Not Stacking - Shield of Ice Not applying buff

    1. Shield of Ice Not showing up on char Stats
    2. 100%
    3.
    4. No Buffs I will be at 10% Avoid. If I cast shield of ice which I have GM it states 15% Dmg Avoidence but it never adds it to the number on the Char screen. Not sure if buff is being applied or not added to show
    5. Cast Shield of ice

    I reported this on January 6, others have reported as well. Shield of Air is broken also.
