[bug] Mage Lich in Spectral Mines can attack through floors and walls

The Mage Lich in the Spectral Mines can hit you with spells within a significant radius of its location. For example, if you attack it from the balcony overlooking its room, and then run away, going up ramps, etc, with multiple walls between you and the Lich, it will still be able to hit you with Fireballs, roots, and other random spells.
