    1. Title: Puncture Dot can Miss after application
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: The Dot for Puncture can miss on it's target after application.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Apply Puncture to Training dummy. Wait for the Dot to Miss
    6. User Specs: N/A

    I would also check to make sure the DOT cannot be dodged... the dot is weak enough as is.
