Title: Blue sparkly quest indicators for completed quests not disappearing from the compass bar

    Reproduction Rate:
Hit or miss, some disappear and some don't when quests are completed.

    Blocker? No

    Details:
I completed all of the Highvale Outskirts quests, however I still have a blue sparkly indicator for "Speak to Captain Burnes" that appears - even though that quest is no longer in my log.

Steps to Reproduce: Completing quests via conversations, sometimes the indicators remain when the quest is complete.

I have the same problem, but elsewhere. I have done the "The Lord Must Fall" quest in Aerie, but I completed it by selecting "You told the truth", i.e. sparing Lord Harcourt.

The quest has vanished from my list, but "Lord Harcourt Drumpelmouth, Task: The Lord Must Fall" is still in my compass, and the blue sparkly icon is tracking around as Lord Harcourt walks about.
