[bugged quest] To Tell a Truth or Three

    after completing the quest it states "I Should go back to Lord Drumplemouth and decide what to do with the information I now have."

    Once I arrived back to Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth it won't allow me to complete the quest only options given once interacted with Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth are Phineas Drumplemouth, help, rumors, name, job.. will not complete quest with interactions
