The coal in the mining cart just outside the Elysium Mines is glowing from survey like a harvestable node ould. It's not harvestable though.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to this location with some 'Survey - Mining'(?) learned
- Observe the green pulsing glow on the coal in the cart
- (Optional) Try to harvest the coal and notice you can't
