    Details:Crafting the Blank Bulletin Board flyer will use any "sheet of paper" even if you have published it. The data on the written sheet of paper does not get transferred to the new Blank Flyer. (That would make it useful).
    Steps to Reproduce: Use tailoring station to craft a Blank Bulletin Board Flyer using a previously published "note" or sheet of paper. Also the Title box after you choose to "write" the flyer says "Enter Book Title...".

    Yea, we have reported this a couple of times.
    Unfortunately it is one of those "by design" things. They want it to work like this and don't want to change it.
