Bundle and bought items ?

Hi there, once more .
Somebody can tell me where i can find the items from my starter bundle and the bought ones from the store ?

 

They are in your bank. claim rewards.

 

As Ariella said, go to any bank and click "claim rewards"

And remember bank items have to be taken from where you put them. Ummm hope that makes sense. Well you have to get them from the bank you claimed them at. So they would be grayed out at another bank. Well another thing to think about for the future.

 

Sorry to jump in but if you don’t know what is meant I fear this could be misinterpreted. (Or did this mechanic changed recently?)
What @majoria70 meant is that you can claim your rewards in any bank you wish and can take these claimed items out of every bank but the moment you take one of these everywhere available reward items out of the bank and place it again in the bank you can just access it from this specific bank. So to say as long as you do not put your filthy fingers on a reward item it is drifting somewhere out of time and place but once an avatar had an reward item in his hands it can just be placed in the physical world of novia and that means it is just accessible in the bank you placed it just like it is from the start with all other items.

 

Yeah I could have been confusing. I meant if I place something in Owlshead bank I have to retrieve it from owlshead bank and it will show grayed out at other banks but I will still see the item. That is the point I was speaking to.

 

It's a concern that a new player still has to come to the forum to ask such a question. The game should make this sort of thing blindingly obvious to everyone without the need to ask the community.

 

It's in the instructions , which is listed in every Release Notes. Some folks just don't like taking the time reading a manual. It's easier to ask, which I have no problem with.

 

Yes but that's hardly a user friendly thing for new players imho.

 

And what user friendly thing would you advise to show the, literally, hundreds of important tidbits of information that needs to get out there? I do enjoy the "Tips" that the team has put in the game load screens. What else? Where else? I know a lot of players that do not come onto these forums or any forums for that matter.
I'm not getting on you personally, I just see this posted a lot, for a lot of things, yet no clear advice on how it would be managed. *shrugs*
