    Title: bank UI still lists deposit location

    Details: i can't think of a need for this with a global bank, though you may still want the data for your own nefarious purposes

    Deposit location could still be useful information, so we decided not to remove it.

    @wizardsmoke Please explain the difference between "global" and "rewards", as for me these show identical information? It seems at least one of those two options could go away (probably Global).
