[By design] Belt of the Ox, negative movement effect increases when buffed with movement effects

    Title: Belt of the Ox, negative movement effect increases when buffed with movement effects
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: The artifact Belt of the Ox increases carrying capacity and decreases movement speed by 1.4, but negative movement effect increases to 2.9 when buffed with movement effects (5x sprint + 5x Dash)

    Left is with 2 5stacked buffs (spring and dash) - Right side is with no movement buffs
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. log in
    2. acquire a belt of the ox
    3. mouse over belt of the ox and note tool-tip
    4. equip belt of the ox and buff yourself with 5x spint and 5x dash
    5. mouse over belt of the ox while buffs are on

    so the buffs seems to only be multiplicators and are multiplying the negative effect - well well :p

    Yes, it is supposed to slow down dash and sprint skills - so when you use them, you will see the move speed scaled accordingly. It's still one of my favorite artifacts though, very practical for all sorts of situations.
