[By design] Can no longer place flyers on bulletin board

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes (because it's that important for town communication)
    Details: try to place a flyer (worked in r43 just fine)
    Steps to Reproduce: try to place flyer on bulletin board at enterance

    I had to get real close to the bulletin board to make it work. @that_shawn_guy try that and post here if it works if you get reallllll close. that will help the devs.

    Nope. I'm so close I'm touching the board with my nose and i can move around existing flyers.

    After further testing, it acts like the boards is "full" with 12 flyers on just 1 side. I can remove a flyer and it will then let me add one.

    It's not full. I setup a second board and can not add flyers to it.

    Each flyer counts against your deco limits. Are you at your deco limit based on location of the board/flyers?

    @Ameresta Trillion ouch.. thats a harsh thing, it counts against our deco limit :( boo hiss (like the limits dont already disapear if you try pretty up the place)

    Yep, the deco limit was the issue. It's the small things that can be so irritating.

    I'd like to ask for bulletin boards be changed to work like containers for limits.
