[By design] Cannot destroy bulletin board flyers.

Details:
After taking down my Ornate Bulletin board the papers from it are in my backpack.
I cannot destroy these papers like normal messages / books / items. Should also be
noted that these are the flyers that came with the ornate bulletin board perhaps this is
why they cannot be destroyed? Can they be reused?

Steps to Reproduce:
Post a bulletin board flyer. remote bulletin board. notice that you cannot
Destroy the flyers.

The ones that came from the store cannot be destroyed. If you want to get rid of them, I suggest putting them on a public vendor and letting it 'time out' so the item is consumed/destroyed by the vendor. It's just how store items are marked

Perhaps we should make them reusable? That IS an interesting way of getting rid of them.
