[By design] Crafted Cloak from Bolts of Carapacian Cloth is normal Cloak

    I (Kear Amon) just crafted a Cloak from 3 Bolts of Carapacian Cloth (together with normal Spools of Cotton Tread). The result is a normal Cloak, no Bonus from the Carapacian Cloth!

    That is working as intended. Crafted cloaks are meant to be purely "costume" items and not meant to give any stats other than a minor damage resistance.
