Title: Day of the Dead Masks Cannot Be Placed as Deco

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

Details: Bought some masks from the Crowns Merchant and tried to place them as decoration since masks and helmets were the first wearables to be made into deco. As of now, these still cannot be placed.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Purchase Day of the Dead masks pack from any Spooky Obsidian Crown Merchant. (For example: Owl’s Head by the Moon Tower)

    b. Open pack and received the 6 masks

    c. Move to a claimed lot with access for the character to decorate

    d. Ensure there is enough deco item spaces allowable

    e. Attempt to place the DotD masks on the floor or on any surface that allows placement.

    f. Observe: The icon shows but the item doesn’t appear in 3D or otherwise is allowed to be placed.

Because this involves 'facepaint' it was determined under a prior bug report that it probably wouldn't be appropriate to place as deco. We couldn't come up with a way that would make sense with it. But we thank you for the report!

Can they not just be done as a mask similar to the non-facepaint masks? The appeal of collecting for many is the ability to display one's collections. One can pretend the paint was applied to a mask instead of the avatar face.
