[By Design]Desktop client patcher crashed immediately after starting

    Title: Desktop client patcher crashed immediately after starting
    Reproduction Rate: Depends on if it patches on later attempts.
    Blocker: Not sure yet - Depends on if it patches on later attempts ( trying now ).
    Details: When I started the patch, it immediately crashed. Upon restart, the patcher opted to do a full reinstall rather than picking up where it left off.
    Steps to Reproduce: Clicked the desktop icon to load the game.

    This is expected. With the significant changes coming in with this build, the patch would have been the size of the build itself. We're saving the step of having to both download AND patch. Now you just need to download again.
