[By design] Double Hotbar

    Details: I drew my weapon and the combat-bar appeared. The tiny, non-combat-bar still remained. So I hat two clickable hotbars.

    Area Display Name: Sunless Barrens

    Yes, that's correct. You should have your combat bar and the non-combat bar while in combat.
