[By design] Dropping Shadow Distance removes Water Reflections?

    Title: Dropping Shadow Distance removes Water Reflections?
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I play on Beautiful settings, but sometimes I drop my Shadow Distance down by one hoping for increased performance. I am now noticing that I lose reflections on water when dropping from Maximum to Very High on Shadow Distance.
    Steps to Reproduce: Set Quality Level to Beautiful. Drop Shadow from Maximum to Very High while looking at water.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16276
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.509.Date.06.20.17

    that's right. if you change the shadow distance, you're no longer on beautiful but custom, and reflections are only working on beautiful and fantastic.
