[By design] Failed Maple Tree Harvest = Forestry + 1, until success

Title: Failed Maple Tree Harvest = Forestry + 1, until success

Details: I failed 3X harvesting a Maple tree in Plains Encounter (dogs and horses), and each time Forestry went up +1, until I succeeded, then the it stopped going up so fast. Went to 31, 32, then 33 in Forestry skill. Should not go up that fast I would think.
Steps to Reproduce: Might be hard to reproduce. Fail on a Maple Tree and see if Forestry goes up +1. Try again, fail, see what happens.

I have no idea if this is by design, a bug, or simple a glitch. Just seemed wrong.

 

@Winfield - Thank you for reporting. This may just be due to failing on a high level tree node at a low Forestry Proficiency, and the gains were enough to level you up once per attempt.

I will record for review, so that it can be tested at higher levels though just in case.

PS, why were you chopping trees? Do you have a recipe for a new fishing pole?
