[By design] Harvesting planted items give no crafting exp.

    Reproduction Rate: 100% 10 + times
    Blocker? no
    Details: Harvest anything planted. I tried harvesting all my roses. not a single exp point.
    None of my harvesting skills are set to gain, yet not exp was gained or lost.

    Steps to Reproduce: Harvest plants either one at a time or by using the "Harvest Plants" skill
    No exp.

    Yes, this is by design and has been the case since this system was introduced. I'm sorry for any confusion on this, but for balancing reasons it has remained this way.
