    Is this intended? Perhaps it should be marked a quest item?

    I think if this was marked as a quest item it would cause a whole bunch of other issues with quest item restrictions in mind. It would have to stay in inventory, etc.
    It is a fun reward and isn't required for any of the quest lines to progress further :)
    Last year's mask worked the same way...
